Added "Top IRC Channels"

Hi, All

There's a new list on the homepage. At the very end, below the Google Ad, you can now see a list of the top 5 IRC channels active on the server. This list is 1 hour delayed, but the date and time on which it was generated is visible in the caption of the table. I will consider reducing this delay once the IRC Server becomes more popular.
